2025–2026 School Year — Enrollment Information

Thank you for your interest in our school! We’re excited to welcome you to our community. Please follow the steps below to complete the enrollment process.

 

Step 1: Submit Initial Enrollment Documents

1. Complete the Simple Enrollment Form

2. Submit Proof of Residency

   You must provide two documents for proof of residency within 30 days.
   (Refer to the Proof of Residency Form for a list of accepted documents.)
    
3. Required Documents for Enrollment
    
   • Long-form birth certificate
      
   • Parent/guardian legal photo ID
      
   • Immunization records on a South Carolina DHEC (SCDHEC) form (30-day deadline)
     (Out-of-state immunizations must be transferred to the SCDHEC form.)

Step 2: Complete Online Registration

Returning Students

• Students previously enrolled in a Beaufort County School District school will receive an email from the District containing an InfoSnap code to complete the registration process.
   

New Students

• Students new to the District will receive a registration link from Mr. Wright once all required documentation from Step 1 has been submitted and reviewed.

Step 3: Academic Records Request

After initial enrollment documents are received, we will request academic records from the student’s previous school.
Please provide accurate contact information for the prior school — email contact preferred.

Step 4: Class Enrollment

Once official and finalized academic records have been received from the previous school, an appointment will be scheduled by school officials to meet with the student’s parents for enrollment.

Important Notes

• Proof of residency must be dated within 60 days of the first day of school.
   
• If you cannot provide one or both required proof of residency documents, please email Mr. Wright to request the Alternative Proof of Residency Form and additional guidance.

 

• Each student is required to pay the $20 BCSD Technology Usage Fee. Technology fee can be paid by cash or by Online School Payments
