Enrollment Guide 2024-25
Step 1: Paper Registration
● Simple Enrollment Form

● School Proof of Residency Form
● Long Form of Birth Certificate
● Parent / Guardian Legal Photo Identification
● Legal Guardianship and Notarized Affidavit documentation (if applicable)
(Guardianship Affidavit must be requested to Mr. Wright at the email address provided below)
● Immunization Records in SCDHEC form. (30-day deadline)
(Out of State Immunizations must be transferred into SCDHEC form)
● Two forms for Proof of Residency (30-day deadline)
(Please refer to the school proof of residency form for details on the accepted documentation)
Important Notes:
1. Proof of residency from section 2 must be dated within 60 days prior 8/7/2024.
2. If you are unable to provide one or both required documents for proof of residency, please email Mr. Wright for the Alternative Proof of Residency form and further instructions.
All documentation can be turned in by:
1. Email in a PDF format only to: Louis.wright@beaufort.k12.sc.us
2. Brought in person during school hours: Mon – Fri 7:15 am – 2:45 pm
Step 2: Online Registration
1. Returning Students: Students that have previously been enrolled in a Beaufort County School District School.
A link from Beaufort County School District will be emailed to the parent / guardian with the student’s InfoSnap Code to complete the online registration.
2. New Students: Students that have never been enrolled in a Beaufort County School District School.
A link will be emailed to you by Mr. Wright, once all required initial documentation has been received.
Step 3: Academic Records Request
Once initial forms of enrollment have been received from Step 1, final academic records will be requested from the student’s previous school.
Please provide the best direct contact information from the previous school.

Step 4: Class Enrollment
Once official and finalized academic records have been received from the previous school, an appointment will be scheduled by school officials to meet with the student’s counselor for class enrollment.
