Registration Information

Good Afternoon!  We are so looking forward to the return of our students!

Believe it or not, we are already about to begin the returning student 2019-2020 Powerschool registration process. Please look for your child’s registration link via email today. The link includes important information such as your Snapcode which is necessary to complete the registration process.

Please keep in mind that ALL Beaufort County School District students are to complete the registration process each year.  New students have different enrollment forms and must first register at the school level. Note, submissions will not be uploaded into PowerSchool until after the Data Specialist validates and “Approves” it.

Please have your proof of residency ready to upload such as:

  • Real estate tax bill
  • Signed Lease
  • Mortgage Document
  • Military Housing Letter
  • Section 8 Letter
  • Utility Bills
  • Shared Residency Letter

Examples of what PowerSchool Registration collects:

  • Demographics
  • Emergency Contacts
  • How the student will get to and from school (transportation)
  • Previous educational services (i.e. GT, SPED, ESOL)
  • Permissions, releases, and authorizations for various services

For your convenience, the Hilton Head Island School Cluster (HHIHS, HHIMS, HHIE, HHISCA, HHIECC) have joined together to offer registration support for those without computers a/o Internet access. Our school staff, including Spanish speaking personnel, will be onsite to offer assistance. This does not take the place of any specific back-to-school events your school may have scheduled (ex. Stingray Startup), but does give you the opportunity to finish BCSD’s formal registration process.

HHI Cluster InfoSnap Support

July 17th 7:30 am - 2:00 pm

July 18th 12:00 pm - 5:30 pm

Location: Hilton Head Island Elementary School

30 School Road

Red Auditorium

Parking is at the Red Entrance/overflow at HHIHS parking lots

Again, for any returning BCSD student, the registration process can be completed all online. Only those that need additional assistance need to come to the Cluster InfoSnap sessions.

If you have any specific questions, please contact your child’s school directly. As a reminder, we are currently on summer hours (7:00 am-5:30 pm) and aren’t open on Fridays.
